Lucky’s Market Opens in Sarasota!

Lucky’s Market has officially opened at Westfield Siesta Key mall. Today was marked with a Grand Opening event which featured a Bacon Cutting Ceremony. In addition to their many items on sale, the market has plenty going on through the week to celebrate…

This Friday brings a “Keep the Pint” event featuring Darwin Brewing Company. Grab a pint of locally produced lager for $2 each and keep the pint glass. The event is from 5 pm to 8 pm and supplies are limited, so be there early!

On Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm Lucky’s hosts “Taste of Lucky’s” which features favorite vendors sampling goods, gift basket giveaways and live music.

Lucky’s loves good food and believes it shouldn’t be a luxury. Part of their Anthem says, “If you don’t want to eat things like pesticides, antibiotics and growth hormones, you shouldn’t have to. Natural and organic food shouldn’t be priced out of your reach. We also have the crazy notion that we shouldn’t adopt a holier-than-thou attitude if your grandma’s recipe calls for something that doesn’t fit some people’s idea of what’s good for you.”
