Cedar Hollow - Honore Avenue south of Fruitville Road, Cedar Hollow is a deed-restricted community of 225 homes in three phases. Oversized lots and affordable pricing attracted families to David McNabb when he began transforming an orange grove into a neighborhood in 1984. Cedar Hollow residents enjoy the convenience of nearby schools and shopping.
